The most important things we did learn were preparation, organisation and presentation are the absolsolutey essential.

To say it's been a struggle this week with the weather is a massive understatement. A lesson I have learned this week is ride out the storm, sit at home do your quotes and dont even attempt any work as it's a waste of time, money, effort and murther you don't need. We have worked in glossop and Marple and hadfield and the work place was like the trenches in world war one. No money has been made as jobs have taken twice as long and have been soul destroying. Now I've finished my moan the weather in glossop has been pretty good today on the whole.

I was filming videos again last week , how to mow a lawn and some landscaping videos of jobs we have done in the past and present. The videos have come out better than expected to say I am an amateur I think they do a good job on you tube.
